How consultations work
No crash diets, no secret formulas. Just a careful look at how you eat now and a plan you can keep.
Before you come
Fill in a short food diary for three days and gather any recent blood reports.
Consultation
45 minutes on your routine, food, health history, reports and goals.
Your plan
Within two working days you get a written meal plan with portions and swaps.
Check-ins
On monthly plans, a weekly call to see what worked and adjust the plan.
What your plan includes
- Meal timings that fit your work and sleep
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas from your own kitchen
- Portion guidance using katoris, rotis and spoons, not grams
- Swaps for eating out, travel and festivals
- A simple weekly shopping list
Common questions
Will I have to stop eating rice or roti?
Usually not. Most plans adjust portions and balance rather than banning foods.
How fast will I see results?
Everyone is different, so we do not promise a number. We track habits, energy and reports with you over time.
I have diabetes. Can I still come?
Yes. We plan meals alongside your doctor's treatment and never ask you to change your medicines.
Do you sell supplements?
No. If a supplement may help, we suggest you discuss it with your doctor.
Can my family join?
Yes. A family consultation plans meals for up to three people who eat together.
Are plans vegetarian?
We plan for vegetarian, Jain, eggetarian and non-vegetarian diets.
