Delivery, freshness & returns

Delivery

• Your City: same-day delivery for orders placed before 5 pm, next day after that.
• Rest of India: dry sweets, namkeen and gift boxes only, dispatched within 1 working day, delivered in 3–6 working days.
• Rasgulla, gulab jamun and milk cake are delivered in Your City only, as they need to stay cold.
• Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.

Freshness

• Every box carries the date it was packed and a best-before day.
• Keep syrup sweets and milk cake in the fridge and eat within 3–4 days.
• Dry sweets keep 5–30 days in an airtight box; see each product page.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the delivery person when your box arrives.
• UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order and send us the screenshot.

Returns

• Food cannot be returned once delivered.
• If a box arrives damaged or not fresh, send a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you.
