Safety & care
Your child's safety comes before everything else. Here is how we look after it every day.
Secure entry
One gate, always attended. Visitors sign in, and nobody enters the classrooms without staff.
Authorised pick-up
Children go home only with parents or adults you name in writing, with a photo ID card.
Verified staff
Every teacher and helper has ID and police verification before joining.
First aid
Teachers trained in first aid, a stocked first-aid box, and a doctor on call nearby.
Hygiene
Toys and surfaces cleaned daily, handwashing before meals and child-height toilets.
Child-safe spaces
Rounded furniture, covered sockets, soft flooring in the play area and a fire extinguisher on every floor.
Eyes on every child.
Children are never left alone. Classrooms and the play area have CCTV, and a female helper is with the children at all times, including toilet breaks.
- 1 teacher for every 8 children in nursery
- 1 adult for every 5 children in playgroup
- Female helpers for toilet and changing
- Sick children are kept apart and parents called
If your child has an allergy, a medical condition or needs medicine during the day, tell us in writing at admission. We give medicines only with a signed note from the parent and the doctor's prescription.
