Shipping & returns

Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
- Delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code.
- Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
- UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order and send us the screenshot.
Returns & breakages
- Return unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
- If something arrives broken, send a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it.
- Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.
