Play hard, play safe
Active play always carries some risk of bumps and falls. These rules help keep everyone safer.
Adults stay inside
Children under 8 need an adult with them in the play zone. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Age zones
Children use the zones meant for their age. Staff may ask older children to leave the toddler corner.
Grip socks
Grip socks for everyone in the play areas. No shoes, no bare feet.
Trampoline rules
One child per trampoline, no flips or somersaults, and follow the staff member on duty.
Clean and checked
Equipment is checked every morning and cleaned every night. Ball pool balls are sanitised weekly.
First aid
A first-aid kit at the desk and staff trained in basic first aid on every shift.
Not in the play areas
- No food, drinks or chewing gum
- No sharp objects, jewellery or hair clips
- No pushing, climbing up slides or rough play
- Children who are unwell should stay home
- No photos of other people's children without permission
Please tell us about any medical condition, allergy or additional need before your child plays, so our staff can help. In an emergency staff will call you first and, where needed, 112.
