File guidelines
Getting your file ready
A well-prepared file prints sharp and on time. Here is what we need.
File type
PDF is best. JPG and PNG work too. Maximum 5 MB online; send larger files on WhatsApp or email.
Resolution
300 dpi at final size for cards, flyers and brochures. 100–150 dpi is fine for large flex banners.
Colours
Design in CMYK where you can. Bright RGB colours on screen may print slightly duller.
Bleed & margin
Add 3 mm bleed on each side and keep text 4 mm inside the cut line.
Fonts
Convert text to outlines or embed fonts in the PDF so the layout does not change.
Spelling
Check names, numbers and dates carefully. We print what you approve on the proof.

Only send designs, logos and photos you have the right to use. We may decline jobs that copy another company's brand or trademark.
