Proforma & terms
Proforma invoice with payment terms: advance, LC or as agreed.
After you order
Production and shipping
Sourcing & production
We buy or produce the lot to the approved sample.
Quality check
Checked against the reference sample; third-party inspection on request.
Packing & loading
Packed to your marks; photos shared before the container is sealed.
Documents
Bill of lading and export documents sent by courier or email.

Before your first order
- Private-label packing is possible with your artwork and approvals
- Lead times depend on the product and season; we confirm them on the quotation
- Payment terms are agreed on the proforma invoice before production
- Destination import rules and tests are the buyer's responsibility; we help with the documents
