Delivery & returns
Simple rules, written plainly. Edit this page to match your own policy.
Delivery
- Your City: same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 pm, next day after that.
- Rest of India: dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivered in 3–6 working days.
- Plants are delivered in Your City only.
- Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.
Personalised gifts
- Add the name, date or text in the order note and send photos on WhatsApp.
- We send a preview before printing or engraving; production starts after you approve it.
- Personalised items take 1–3 extra working days.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the delivery person when the gift arrives.
- UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order and send us the screenshot.
Returns
- Unused, non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Chocolates, plants and personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged or wrong.
- If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it.
