What you need to rent
A short list of documents and a few simple rules, explained before you drive away.
Bring these at pickup
- Original driving licence for a car, held for at least 1 year
- Aadhaar card or passport as ID and address proof
- A second ID such as PAN card or voter ID
- For outstation trips: your local address and an alternate phone number
We check the original documents and keep a copy only for the rental period. Foreign nationals need a passport, visa and an International Driving Permit.
The rules, in plain words
Age
You must be 21 or older to rent, and the person on the booking must drive.
Fuel
Same-to-same: return the car with the fuel level you received it with, or pay for the difference.
Deposit
Refundable deposit of ₹5,000 – 10,000 by UPI or card, returned within 3 working days of the car's return.
Kilometres
No limit within the city. 300 km per day on outstation trips; extra km charged per the rate chart.
Tolls & fines
Tolls, parking and any traffic challans during your rental are yours to pay.
Damage
Basic insurance applies. You pay up to the deductible shown in your rental agreement for any damage.
These rules are a summary. The rental agreement you sign at pickup has the full terms, including the insurance deductible and what is not covered.
