Materials
What goes into your building.
Every estimate names the grade and brand range of the main materials, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
- Fe 500D TMT steel bars
- OPC / PPC cement as per the design
- M20 or higher concrete for the structure
- Well-burnt red bricks or AAC blocks
- Concealed copper wiring and CPVC plumbing
Stage checks
The site engineer signs off foundation, columns, slab, brickwork and finishing before the next stage.
Site safety
Helmets, scaffolding checks and a clean, fenced site.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty terms are set out in your contract.
