Delivery slots

Area & charges
- We deliver within about 4 km of the store: Your City and nearby.
- Minimum order for home delivery is ₹299. Smaller orders can be collected from the store.
- Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay when the bags arrive.
- UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order, or scan our QR at the door.
Prices & substitutions
- Staple prices move with the mandi. If a price has changed, we tell you on the confirmation call.
- If an item is out of stock we call before substituting. Nothing is swapped without your OK.
Returns
- Check your bags at the door. Anything damaged, short or wrong is replaced or refunded.
- Sealed, unopened packs can be returned within 3 days. Loose goods, oils and opened packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
