Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds, cancellations and our guarantees work. Last updated: June 2026.

At Code Craft, we want every client to be genuinely happy with our work. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains, clearly and fairly, when refunds apply, how they are calculated, and what happens when a project or recurring service is cancelled. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By engaging our services you agree to this policy.

1. Our Commitment

We price our work fairly and stand behind everything we deliver. Most concerns can be resolved through revisions and open communication rather than a refund, and we always try that first. If something isn't right, talk to us — we'll work to make it right.

2. Deposits & Cancellation Before Work Begins

Projects begin with an upfront deposit. If you cancel before any work has started, you are entitled to a refund of your deposit, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees and any third-party costs already committed on your behalf. Refund requests made before work commences are processed promptly.

3. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work is underway, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the work completed and milestones reached up to the cancellation date. Time, design, development and strategy already delivered are billable and non-refundable. If you have paid in advance for work not yet started, that portion is refundable, less applicable fees and committed third-party costs.

4. Third-Party & Non-Refundable Costs

Certain costs paid to third parties on your behalf cannot be recovered and are therefore non-refundable, including: domain registrations, hosting, SSL certificates, premium plugins, themes, fonts, stock media, software licences, and advertising spend (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) already placed. These are deducted from any refund.

5. Recurring & Subscription Services

Monthly or annual services — such as SEO, PPC management, social media, web maintenance and hosting — can be cancelled at any time with notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access until then. Completed billing periods are non-refundable, as the work and management for those periods has already been performed. We do not charge cancellation penalties.

6. Completed & Delivered Projects

Once a project has been completed, approved and delivered, it is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. That said, we provide a complimentary bug-fix period after launch (as stated in your proposal) and will promptly correct any defect that falls within the originally agreed scope at no additional cost.

7. Our Results Guarantees

For services where we offer a specific written results guarantee — for example, our online-pharmacy order promise or similar ranking/lead commitments — the remedy is continued work at no extra charge until the stated goal is achieved, rather than a cash refund, provided all qualifying conditions for that guarantee are met (such as timely content, access, approvals and uninterrupted campaign budget). The exact terms of each guarantee are stated with that offer.

8. Situations Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are not available where: the work has been completed and approved; delays or failure to progress were caused by the client (e.g. not providing content, access or feedback); the request is based on a change of mind after delivery; third-party costs have already been incurred; or the issue falls outside the agreed scope. Buyer's remorse and indecision are not grounds for a refund.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, especially for work already delivered, is a breach of our Terms and may result in suspension of services and recovery action.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email codecraftlko@gmail.com with your name, project details, invoice number and the reason for your request. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 7–14 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

11. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed promptly from our side; however, the time for funds to appear depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider and may take several business days. Cryptocurrency and certain international transfers may have different timelines and network fees, which are non-refundable.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision, and the policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
