Warranty, returns & delivery
Simple rules, written plainly. Edit this page to match your own policy.
Delivery
- Orders are confirmed by phone and dispatched within 1 working day.
- Delivery takes 2–6 working days depending on your PIN code. Your City orders may be delivered the next day.
- Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
- UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order and send us the screenshot.
Replacement warranty
- Chargers, earbuds and power banks: 6-month replacement if they stop working in normal use.
- Cables: 3-month replacement.
- Not covered: cut, burnt or water-damaged items, or physical damage.
Exchanges
- Covers and screen guards that do not fit can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in the pack.
- Earphones and earbuds cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
