Delivery, returns & fitting
Simple rules, written plainly. Edit this page to match your own policy.
Delivery
- Frames and sunglasses without lenses are dispatched within 2 working days.
- Glasses with prescription lenses are dispatched once ready, usually in 3–6 working days.
- Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
- UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order and send us the screenshot. Lens orders may need part payment in advance.
Returns
- Frames and sunglasses can be returned unused within 7 days.
- Prescription lenses are made for you and cannot be returned, but if your power was measured by us and you cannot get used to the lenses within 15 days, we recheck and remake them once.
- If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours.
Fitting & adjustments
- Glasses bought from us are adjusted, tightened and cleaned free, any time.
- Glasses delivered by courier fit best after a quick adjustment at the shop.
