  • GST and any applicable taxes will be added as per Indian government regulations.

5. Refund Policy

  • Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the final deliverables, excluding third-party assets or software.

We agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive client data and business information. Similarly, clients must respect any proprietary information shared by Code Craft.

9. Limitation of Liability

Code Craft will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of business, data, or revenue due to website downtime or digital marketing performance

  • Issues resulting from third-party tools, platforms, or hosting providers

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Non-payment

  • Misuse or illegal activity involving our platform or services

Clients may also terminate the agreement with prior written notice, subject to pending dues and non-refundable conditions.

11. Governing Law
