  • Service Not Started: If you cancel your service before any work or project planning has begun.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are mistakenly charged twice for the same service.

  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe and no work has been initiated.


4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after project initiation

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., missing inputs, unresponsiveness)

  • Work already delivered or partially completed

  • Custom development or marketing work already executed

  • Monthly subscriptions or retainers after work has begun for that cycle

  • Third-party tools, plugins, licenses, or services purchased on your behalf


5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Method & Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • Processing time is usually 7–10 business days

  • Transaction fees from payment gateways (if any) may be deducted
