2. Cancellation by Code Craft
We reserve the right to cancel services under the following circumstances:
Non-payment or repeated delays
Violation of our Terms & Conditions
Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate client behavior
Use of our services for illegal or unethical practices
In such cases, you will be notified via email and any eligible work will be delivered or refunded as per the Refund Policy.
3. Non-Cancellable Items
The following are non-cancellable and non-refundable once initiated:
Paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
Domain registrations or third-party licenses
Custom work where development or design has started
Rush or express projects
4. Refunds on Cancellation
If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued based on the amount of work already completed, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
